CAP REIT does not care about tennants.

All they care about are their investors. They will leave off necessary repairs, or do them as cheaply as possible. The lock for our bedroom window has been broken for 2 years, they came by to look at it, said they'd be back in a couple days to fix it, and here we are 6 months later and still nothing.

They ignore, or don't understand, basic things in the B.C. Residential Tenancy Act. Such as the tenants right to privacy, and enjoyment of property.

I can honestly say I am relieved to be getting out of this hell-hole.

I strongly do not recommend this company. From other reviews I've read, that goes for anywhere else as well.
