Incompetent - useless, inept, unskilled, hopeless

Ordered a 5th wheel hitch to be fitted. Left the truck but got called 2 hours later because they had forgotten to order the rails. Took the truck in the following Saturday, a week later, for the 3 hour job to fit the hitch. After 5 hours I called to ask if it was ready and it was not.
