“tired accomodation but well located

The location was good, easy to walk to many interesting places. The hotel was strange because it looked old, smelt of cigarette smoke, and the wiring not well thought out with hazards around the room. Not good for families with small kids. However the beds were comfortable the location was good and it was reasonably clean so we were happy enough for the money.

Chose this hotel for a budget reason. Parking is $18+tax but it is 10 min walk to the Old Montreal town which is very nice. The room that we were upgraded to does have some odor like other people have said, but it is not as bad.

“Decent hotel, nothing special

We knew when we booked this hotel that it was a decent hotel in an ok neighborhood, but it was close to the action of the Old Port and it had a full kitchen. The kitchen saved us a lot of money (plus the Expedia coupon). The neighborhood wasn't that bad, but we were not out late at night. The closeness to the Old Port was awesome.
