I love my new front door, what a difference from the builder’s grade door that we received with the house! What a first-rate product with gracious service.
Not sure why others complained about service. I was thrilled.

October 28, 2010Windows are super drafty and came with many broken parts. Mike and Alex dismissed any responsibility and said I have to follow up with Window city (manufacturer). My new windows are much worst than my 25 year old windows. Do not waste your money with them
