Thank you for wasting my time and money. I dropped off my car today at 7AM (I had an appointment) for service. My car was left there for 8 hrs. No one looked at my car; and no one bothered to call me until I picked it up at 3PM. I had to take two buses while my car was at your shop. Meanwhile I could have taken it for repair someplace else. I must say that it is hard for women to get an honest deal when it comes to fixing cars. I have had nothing but the best service from the guys in this store. I have always been dealt with respect. Everything is explained to me and I am not treated like a child. I also don't feel like being ripped off. My cars run well and I get the best service ever....Thank you very much and keep up the... plus

What is the definition of courtesy?

At around 12:30 on 2008-06-08 I entered the store and, mindful of the numerous "Please leave all parcels at the courtesy (?) desk, I attempted to do so. One girl approached me and...served the guy behind me! Well, one idiot doesn't make a whole store so I waited and another clerk looked at me in the eyes, took one step towards me and...walked away! I followed his example.
