The cashiers want to take your ID straight out if your hands and they say the law says they can, well if a cop doesn't have the right to take it out of a citizens hands why the hell do your cashiers feel they have the right to. You better train your cashiers properly and teach them the laws and rights of the citizens of Canada. It is attempted theft if they take it. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Rude, disrespectful, zero punctuality

I had booked an appointment in advance for winter tire change. I got in 1.5 hour later than my appointment. It took them 2 hours to finish the job (normally it always takes 1 hour). WORST AUTO SERVICE, DO NOT COME HERE.. dealt with Canadian Tire on Calgary Trail and experienced the worst customer service and 9.5HR+6HR (over 2 days) wait time when I was told it would take 3HRS+1HR, they were never accurate with what the status of the vechicle was when asked (when told my car was currently being worked on, I saw it still sitting outside in the lot!) and was kept in the dark... more
