Service Manager Does Not Follow Customer Instructions

I left my car at this Canadian Tire store to get four new winter tires installed during a good tire sale. When I returned to pick up my car three hours later, I was blithely informed by the Service Manager that the tires had not been installed, since I did not "need" new winter tires, given that my current ones had a tread depth that was still legal by one or two thirty-secondths of an inch. Needless to say, having wasted an entire afternoon dragging around Dundas waiting for my car, I was furious. I took my car to the Waterdown Canadian Tire, and bought my tires there. I would strongly recommend that you avoid the Dundas Canadian Tire for even the simplest of automotive service procedures.
