March 17, 2011I understand now why Canadian Tire is called C@!%!y Tire. The Service Department at this Canadian Tire is c@!p. The customer service right up to the manager, Ken is c@!p! I took my Ford Explorer in to have the Power Steering Pump replaced because my truck was making a squealing noise. I even brought the part in. The service advisor even agreed that it was probably the power steering pump making... more
