I'm not sure why there is such a hate on for this place on Yelp. The pie here is great!

On a long walk back from jazzfest, my friend and I stopped in to pick up some pies for dinner. I got the curried chicken pie and she ordered lamb pie.

Firstly, let me say that I was quite impressed with the selection of pies, especially the dessert pies! they had mini chocolate banana cream pies...it was not easy to take a pass on those...but I was strong and only ordered the curried chicken.

I just happened to stumble across this place as I was walking along Queen Street and was excited to see a pie shop. I am a lover of all things involving meat and pastry and am always on the search for a great pie.
