Get ready to get ROBBED!!!
Trust me when i tell you that the sales people at Canadian Carpet will take you for anything you have! I have heard stories from installers there that told me the that they trow out half the materials the salesman sends them cause they are incompatible or one thing cancels the other but the poor naive costumer that wants the best (and who can blame him, it,s his HOME) pays for everything the salesman shoves in his bill. Worse part is they pay their installers almost nothing and at the end of the pay cycle they try to rob them even further. So no wonder the installers don't care about the quality of their job. They say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR?! NOOO!!!! YOU GET WHAT THEY PAY THEIR INSTALLERS FOR! DO IT YOURSELF QUALITY, OR WORSE!!!! Because you actually care about your home! Also, they make you sign that the job is done and its done right, right there on the spot b4 you have time to see if its done right and they hold it against you when they don't fix it!!!

March 05, 2011They were just ok because she got her first estimate and then was told a different price later on. So it was not a good experience was very disappointed. Would recommend their service but make sure to get the proper pricing up front first.

September 02, 2010We had a kitchen renovation, including tile and hardwood installation,cabinets,countertop and backsplash.We were amazed how the salesperson managed to arrange everything into our tight schedule. The workmanship was great and installers showing up on time was absolutely unbelievable. I will definitely go back to them with other projects.

Build and install cabinets for a bar
April 10, 2010We hired this company because their price was good, but when they hired subcontractors to hire the job 'the wheels fell off.' There was a lot of miscommunication between ourselves and the sales person and the subcontractor. They left debris buried under the carpet and had to come back to lift the carpet and then tried to charge us $200 to do the job.
