Excellent Service

I visited Canada West Torque Tools to have one of my torque wrenches repaired. The customer service representative looked at my torque wrench and after two minutes came back and informed me of the tool, it's design, it's capabilities, it's limitations and proper maintenance. It turned out that the torque wrench was working very well, I was just not using it properly. After feeling somewhat embarrassed the cutomer service representative explained in detail what to look for and how to properly use and care for my torque wrench. All of this left me with confidence that I could finally start using my torque wrenches properly. Great service and a great facility at Canada West Torque Tools in Surrey!
