need better staff

This was my neighbourhood grocery store at one point, but I have since moved. I've lived in a lot of places around town, and don't always stick to the same grocery store so I have an idea which ones are / aren't good. I had a few poor experiences at this store because of staff, either being slow, just plain boring and not very friendly, or borderline rude when I had problems with self check-out.
