Fantastic
Hello, I had all the windows and doors replaced on the main level and basement of my home last year and I could not be happier.
From management to the sales team they were always there to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. The installers did an amazing job and super clean.
I am so looking forward to having them back this year to do our 7 windows upstairs.

Not great
Hi, had my residential windows replaced and some flashing installed less than two years ago. At first I was satisfied, but a year following the installation I was not so impressed.
The installers were good (not great), quick and their work was fairly clean.
Cana's after sales service is horrible and should prompt most to never deal with them again (by design or by default). I wanted additional work done; unfortunately it took seven (7) months to get a quote from them! If you're looking to get all the windows in your house replaced, you'll likely get a quote promptly. However, if you have minor follow up window and flashing work to be done (<$1,200) don't hold your breath, because you certainly won't be a priority and in my experience you'll get a quote seven months later after much persistence.
My rating two out of five stars and that's probably being very generous.
I've been through the better business bureau complaint and resolution process before with another supplier and it can be pretty time consuming and doesn't deliver much in terms of results. Not worth pursuing.

March 25, 2011they were always ontime for appointments and the instellations. They were very clean and polite, they cleaned up after themselves and left absolutly no mess. We would definately use this company again.
