A booking error was made on their end - as a result the appointment was missed. I received a phonecall and rebooked. A few days later I get another phonecall by someone else that I was being charged anyways as that was their policy. There was no flexibility even though I was willing to rebook. My advice: Do not go, customer service is terrible.

Although this place is a tad on the pricey side, I think it's worth it. I have gone here a few times for a wax and the girl that works here is seriously pro. Quick and efficient, leaving me smooth as a baby's bottom. The place is really cute and the staff are really nice.
