There was a website that stated this hotel was one of the top 25 hotels in Toronto. Should that be the case Toronto is in trouble. The suites are shabby and in need of refurbishing. A light fixture in our room has been nonfunctional since we arrived. Our last night on our trip we decided to stay in the room and watch movies. There was a cable issue but we were assured that would not be an issue... more

Pretty solid location and the rooms were really clean and the staff is extremely helpful!

Walking distance to Eaton center and is in downtown area. The parking elevator is different than the elevator you need to used to get to your rooms but does the job!

We stayed here one night and planned out food and tourist trips with the helful concirege!!!

The beds are as comfortable as sidewalks and the wifi is a joke. Don't plan on staying connected to any internet service. Being charged for an early check in is despicable. I stay in a hotel 275 nights a year and this is the first hotel to charge me for checking in early.
