Typically my top choice in central core. Best all around with a great morning breakfast buffet, comfortable and clean rooms, friendly attentive staff. Pricing is generally good but they load balance so sometimes out of my corporate range. Internet is sketchy, bathroom/closet doors drive me crazy. It is a tired hotel for the money: few things had to be fixed right away: toilet bowl and central heat. Maybe it was a bad room. Place needs renovation to justify the price.
