I just attended a seminar called Nurture Yourself Level 1: Opening Minds and Nurturing Dreams, which is part of their Empowerment Seminars for Women. As a certified coach, also having received training related to brain functioning and emotions, I was so excited to see that this course acknowledges the science behind brain functioning and how our emotions and beliefs impact this functioning.... more
