nice latte
July 16, 2012dropped by for a grande nonfat latte. The "pourer" was on a break according to the woman who made my latte, but she said she could give it a try...and made a pretty good heart pattern. Smooth coffee. Very tasty. Beats Starbucks imho. I like my lattes in real cups; not paper cups. Will try to come back another time and catch the official "pourer"... more

Bad Coffee
June 28, 2012Popped in during Greek Day last weekend for a pick-me-up...what a mistake, a simple drip darkroast coffee was sour and lacking any robust flavours and my friend ordered a double espresso only to get a single. Baristas had attitude. Been to the other locations which were fairly average but this one I won't go back to!

Minimum wage
June 07, 2012I have been out of the city for a couple of weeks and so was surprised that when I came back to Vancouver and went to Caffe Artigiano the prices had gone up. When I asked why I was told because minimum wage had gone up. So....rather than the employers paying for their staff minimum wage we are expected to. To me this is morally wrong and kind of takes away any gain that the little people have... more
