This bright and airy café, located in the heart of Ganges in the original Salt Spring Telephone Exchange, serves Ethical Bean coffees and sandwiches made fresh each day with bread from Bloom Breads next door. On any given lunch hour, you might find salami with bocconcini and fresh basil for carnivores, or roasted red pepper and asiago with basil balsamic drizzle for vegetarians.
A Wonderful little cafe that is not to be missed. Friendly and welcoming staff, exceptionally clean. Great assortment of treats and sandwiches. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. I wish there were a cafe like this in my hometown.
