It was daring to open a restaurant in the same small town as the multistarred inns described above, but chef-owner Dominic Tremblay has pulled it off. and the service is also terrific. I can't really come up with a negative except to say that it is certainly on the pricey side.
Wow ! Service comme j'en ai rarement vue. Personnel plus que courtois et disponible, ils connaissent leurs produits (bouffe et vins) ils savent bien conseiller... Et en plus c'est vraiment succulent ! originalité de plats les rends uniquent. Bravo ! à essayer absolument.
