Voici un resto qui mérite bien toutes ses étoiles: service exceptionnel et avisé, cartes des vins pleines de surprises, choix de plats appétisants suivant les saisons (affichant toujours un choix végétarien) et une sélection de desserts vraiment savoureux.

Excellent restaurant, service exceptionnel, nourriture exquise et carte ds vins vaste et pour tous les goûts. Ma conjointe et moi visitons ce restaurant tous les années pour célébrer notre anniversaire et nous sommes jamais déçu. Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !

It was so good to find a restaurant beloved by locals - unfortunately, French-speaking locals who don't use yelp, so a bit difficult to discover!
The food here is the kind you can clearly tell a lot of heart and soul went into it. "Flavorful" these days has come to mean "lots of salt," and I too love the salt, but the chef here seems to have created dishes with lots of ingredients to avoid...

Had a fabulous meal here on a Wednesday night. It was quiet enough to have a conversation easily, but with a cheerful hum of noise from the other patrons to keep it from being too quiet. Very friendly wait staff helped us figure out the menu items in English and make sure we had everything we needed.

With the founders working there, it's not surprising that everything is so beautifully composed. Cocktails, wine list, staff. Over the last five years, they've been incredibly consistent. Things like the salmon tartare and carrot salad are beautiful and fresh. Brunch is rightly famed.
