Not the Cabins I remember
I was forced to go to the Cabin a few times in the past year, and I was not impressed. Years ago, I went to the Cabins often. The food was great and BIG portions for us big boys.
Sorry. No referals from me.....
Can't beat the homecooking
If you are looking for "fancy," look elsewhere. If you are looking for good meals that reminds you of something your grandmother would have made, this is the place. Where else can you get meatloaf, pork steak and fish cakes in the same place - and those are just the specials!
Great food, great service
The Cabin in fantastic. If you want home style cooking at a cheap price, you can't go wrong. The restaurant is small, so just a warning that it can be hard to get seats at peak times. Worth the wait though!
The staff are very friendly too and they have the cheapest kid's meals I have found in F'ton.

Cabin restaurant in Fredericton was great until they started serving rubber hamburger
August 02, 2010We loved going to the Cabins restaurant on the Woodstock road and my favourite was a hot hamburger sandwich was exactly liked I rememberd it from the sixties and tasted wonderful. Then something happened and instead of serving real hamburger they started serving thin, round, rubbery pieces of meat that resembled hamburger but the taste factor is missing. Please go... more

March 04, 2010Their bread pudding lives up to its reputation: avoids being too soggy or sweet. I also had the turkey club sandwich which was unremarkable except for the dry, tough meat.
