Absolutely atrocious food. I don't know why people feel like they need to drive an hour north of Montreal to try what's supposed to be authentic haute Quebecois cuisine when all you need to do is just go to your local La Belle Province. I went there for a buffet, and all they served was oily eggs, sausage, bacon, ham and pancakes. Why is this served for lunch? Why is this attached to... more

Nous sommes de fidèles clients de la cabane a sucre Constantin depuis plus de 14 ans. Nos enfants adorent l'ambiance qui y règne. Leur jambon est fumé sur place. La soupe aux pois est au parfum d'antan, la tire est excellente, les aliments sont de qualité.
