Good value for auto repair

CAA has a very clean and modern shop. Their techs are current with auto technology, CAA sends them to ongoing training. I've had basic service performed and been very happy. On one occassion, I requested that they install 1L of an oil treatment that I supplied and asked to be there so I could see it done. Most shops won't allow customers in the shop. The manager permitted me into the shop and I spoke with the tech while he was refilling the engine with oil and the product I supplied. They did not charge extra for this service. They also have a shuttle service that has saved me a lot of time in getting back and forth from home or work. Rates are competitive and even better if a customer is a CAA member. One bonus is that a CAA member can have the alignment and braking systems analysed with their computerized system once per year for free! That by itself has saved me hundreds from needless front end alignments. My only concern is that the front office tends to have a lot of turn over, I rarely see the same advisors from year to year.
