Superb Service
We recently required an updated Heat Pump and Furnace for our home, as the ones we received with the house were very outdated and making our gas bill expensive.
We decided to use CR Martin Heating because of their excellent customer service reputation. We made the right choice. They explained everything thoroughly and ensured that we would have minimal interruption while our system was installed.
The installers were very courteous to us and our home. The job was very professionally done, with everything tied down and cleaned up.
Thank you for doing an awesome job on our house CR Martin.
Very Dissapointing
Can't say how dissappointed I am with this company (CR Martin). The crew was very unprofessional and required 5 call backs over a one month period to fix things and they still didn't do it all. What a let down. They left huge holes in my walls and ceilings, placed vent covers over runs that were never cut out, didn't finish insulating the ducts in the attic, left garbage behind and didn't even install what the contract called for. Highly over-rated reputation. I thought that by paying a premium I would be getting better quality in service and product. Well, the product is fine (Carrier 19 SEER heat pump and 3 ton air handler w/ Trane clean effects air cleaner) but the service, in a word, sucked! I know I sound bitter but the job was 'finished' about three months ago and it's still eating at me at the wringer I was put through with this company. Other contractors told me to be careful with this company but I took it for professional jealousy. I wish I'd listened to them. I'm glad I took pictures of it all.
