Amazing customer service

My husband and I just had our furnace service and cleaned, our ducts cleaned, and our dryer vent cleaned by CN Furnace and Duct cleaning last night. The customer service provided by the technician Rob was absolutely outstanding. He definately went above and beyond and was very freindly and personable. We just moved into our 11yr old home 2 years ago and the ducts had never been cleaned out so it was alot of work for him and the whole time he had a smile on his face and a great attitude! He explained things really wekk and was very knowledgable. We will continue to use this company because of him and we will recommend this company to all our friends and family.
Ask for Rob if you decide to go with them, it is rare these days to find a really hard working guy who will do an amazing job with a smile on his face!
