Not what it used to be.

The prices have gone up and the size of the fish portions is now substantially smaller. My waitress told me that many people have complained but nothing has changed. I can understand a price increase, however, reducing the food portions at the same time was not a good move in my opinion. The chips used to come out a nice golden brown - they are now almost white. Disappointment.

Having just visited the Kelowna outlet the second time and hoping for a better experience, we were sadly disappointed. Told to "sit anywhere" upon arrival and then wait 5 minutes for a menu started the downward spiral. Yes, the food was adequate but had to ask for coffee refill both visits. Good Food, but

All you can eat is pretty good, only problem is that when they say pop included it only means pop, not a cup of coffee -- What's a diabetic to do? No diet pop but pepsi, not a favourite so why can't I have a cuppa coffee with no sugar instead?
