Friendly, thorough and knowledgeable

Dr. Nicholson at the Bytown Cat Hospital (formerly with the Merivale Cat Hospital) has been my cat's vet for over 10 years. I've always been pleased with her professionalism, attitude and thoroughness. The staff is also quite knowledgeable and friendly and they are also great with follow ups and reminders. Expensive and careless

I have a cat spending hundreds to thousands over there. After some exotic tests, only found out that they were using the wrong document. No apology, no refunding. They keep recommending expensive procedures, of course, none of them work. Stay away from them!!!
