Because Brent takes care of your meats personally, he does not believe in processing them with any water or saline solution which ensures less shrinkage from the meats. Even his seasonings contain no MSG (teriyaki shish kabobs or breaded schnitzel).

Brent is so passionate about his work that he often asked for new dinner ideas, new recipes, and to cut the meat for the farmers he buys from personally, he and his staff are happy to assist!
