A big fan, more so when I was in the financial services industry years ago.
Still the action-packed of our province's economy, so much that it's a weekly publication. True you get some of it online before you have to start paying for the digital version but I love the paper still, only in this format, because it's easy to read, hold, put in your suitcase or discretely to the washroom ;) lol.
BIV is a corporate rag. That's about the perfect description for content that can easily fit onto an enthusiastic blog. It, like all other "free" newspapers is there to collect the pennies from advertising, and then pretend to be picked up by the masses who, on their way to Skytrain, just gotta read their BIV.
Their writing could certainly use improvement, as can the outdated layout.
