As a new member to the Acura family (recently purchased a 2005 Acura MDX) I must say, I was very disappointed in my first visit to the Burrard Acura service department. do not buy a car here or bother going inside.

never had such poor service from top to bottom

Recent maintenance @ Burrard Acura was horrible, added to the Purchase experience of my 1st Acura (from a previous BMW owner). Not impressed with Burrard Acura at all. Called in to make a service appointment and had to leave a message for a call back as nobody was available to take the call. Hours & days had passed and no reply, so had to call back.
