Reasonable prices but very poor service.
January 04, 2012Ordered a washer & dryer combination as well as a fridge and range for the kitchen in late November. I was told that it would take roughly two weeks to deliver but after 3 weeks I had still not been contacted. Comparative shopping
October 20, 2011Budget Appliances offers good service, and good products. The prices seem more than other appliance dealers, but when you factor in delivery, hookup and removal of your old appliance, the prices are competitive. Recently I bought a stackable washer/dryer, and a small freezer. Good products, and pricewise reasonable.

Did some damage upon delivery and would not fix it
July 27, 2011Budget sent out a technician to evaluate my broken front load washing machine and advised it would cost $500 to fix it. We opted to buy a brand new one from them and the service call cost was deducted from the washer. I was happy until the unit was delivered and they put a dent in my front door.
