The way my wife and I were dealt with was poor. There was nothing added to my return that I didn't provide to the accountant handling my case. I doubt they spent more than 20 minutes copying it onto the form. Nothing specific to myself or my wife was done or added. A complete waste of our money. I do NOT recommend using them. For the price you expect more than HnR block, but you get less than quicktax.
