Very Very Poor Customer Service

My experience at Brunswick Bramalea Lanes was terrible!, i was so appauled by the staff and my time there, i swore to myself that i would never go back there EVER again, first off myself and my lady friend had to wait approximately 30 min to get a lane, then trying to find a proper size/weight bowling ball for myself and her to use was impossible seeing as all the indian/pakistani ppl on the lane beside us kept stealing the limited amount of bowling balls, secondly throughout the whole duration of our short game the bowling pin machine/collector kept on breaking down and had to ask the very unhelpful customer service ppl to get the "crack head" looking dude whom works, operates/fixes the bowling pin machine/collector to reset it numerous amount of times throughout the duration of 1 hour the machine needed to be reset approximately 10 to 15 times if not more, no word of a lie and third of all, i was a willing/paying customer regardless of the waiting time, very poor customer service and machine kept breaking down, once our game/time had finished all i had was three $100 dollar bills on me direct from a bank machine and they would not accept my money regardless if i was paying with a bag of pennies, i was the customer willing to pay and was very very very dissatisfied with my visit to this poo hole that they call a bowling alley and i feel that i should have been re-imbursed/compensated and or played all day/nite for "free" just for the inconvenience of the machine constantly breaking down, then stead of the "crack head" dude who works there trying to catch a woody from the chick at the front desk, maybe they should have been tending to the paying customers and again as mentioned above i will never EVER go back to this abortion that they call Brunswick Bramalea Lanes....
