I had no problem with the service guy he was very professional and quick. My compaint is the cost which was over $400 for a 20 minute job. When I asked why it was so much their service manager was rude and wouldn't give me a strait answer. Felt like a shady billing process.

I personally had a bad experience as multiple service techs had to come out to my place before the issue was solved. In the meantime my family was stuck in the heat. Even after that they charged me full "book price". I couldn't believe it.
