I booked my appointment 1 year...

I booked my appointment 1 year in advance. Why do you wait until the day before to call and say there will not be a dentist in the office for my appointment?Instead of my 9am appointment, I had to switch to 2:40pm and take the entire day off work.If you know you have a patient scheduled to see a dentist, make sure you have a dentist to see the patient.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! Everyone was so, so friendly. There were two Carly's I met. The first came to take me in and do X-Ray's, the other cleaned my teeth. Both were extremely friendly and I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone! Keep up the fantastic job :)
