I had similar experience as Rony. This same lady Laila Basaria didn't have the slightest clue about the things me and my wife discussed. She was acting all miss know it all but was kind of unaware about any management knowledge

Brookfield properties has had always provided me with great customer service except this last time when I had to deal with one of the employees miss Laila Baseria and my whole view changed about them. She is obnoxious rude and interrupts while anyone talks
