False advertising. We asked about there aug 60 60 promo and were advised we could not have it. When we asked why we were told to go with another company. I called and left voice mails with there sales manager and emails to the réputation manager and no one responded. Very confused why as a new customer we could not have promo and why we are being treated like this

Both doors and all our windows... high quality. Installation team led by Sokol Bace was amazing. Completed the entire job in a day. Great clean up and they too pride in their work. Highly recommend.

Don't use these guys, big on sales but very short on delivery (installation). Ordered a door with two side windows. Product built without side windows requiring a reorder. Delivery date arranged and when I called to confirm was told no installation date was booked. I want my $1,000 deposit back and asked but I am still waiting. Beware of big promises lacking delivery with very poor... more
