I just bought a case of beer for myself and picked up one for a friend but when I got home (5 minutes away) I realized the one I got for my friend was wrong. It was Keystone Ice (Quite the opposite), not keystone light as requested. Immediately I went back and asked for the correct one but the girl who works their all the time didn't remember me from 10 minutes ago. They always ask if you need a receipt and I usually take one but the last few times I have been declining the receipt. I'm pretty sure she remembered me as I go there often. She was very unapologetic and strictly sticking to the no receipt no return policy. Always getting a receipt for now on for everything!!! I did buy it on my debit card and will likely be able to print that off my bank statement on line but am pretty sure they will have a policy against that. I think maybe she has some personal issues as there was no one in the store but she couldn't even take a second to think it over. I said I won’t be back then and she said ok as if there are plenty of customers out there.
