poor service / item damaged
my item was not ready when it was suposed to be and I was not informed of the change in advance and worse, the vermeil on the rose gold was removed, most likely in the "cleaning" process - then the counter person was very rude - owner was pedantic when I discussed concerns - not recommended at all (everyone makes mistakes, a good business person rectifies them)
