Our story spans over twenty years. In 1987, Ebrahim Suleman, who had immigrated from his home in Tanzania, Africa, was running two succsessful camera and photo finishing stores in the Toronto area.

Sometimes you get very timely service.
Mostly good; it depends, like most bike stores, on how busy they are! Their five-year warranty is weak.

Broadway Cycle differs from many of the other stores I've been visiting in that it doesn't try to cater to only one type of cyclist. Instead of targeting urban utility cyclists or commuters or the high-end roadie crew, they prefer to act as a jack of all trades. May 09, 2012I do not recommend shopping or fixing your bike at Broadway. I have had two negative experiences this summer. Also, many people have told me bad stories about Broadway and I have read bad reviews online, so for all these reasons, I recommend going to another bike shop. Not great. The owner knows nothing about
May 09, 2012bikes and charges 2-3 times for components that you can get online at a click of a button, while pretending that he's giving you a great deal. He pretends that he gives good service (5 years) but prepare to keep taking your bike into the shop time and time again because repairs aren't done properly and no one is willing to admit that.
