Beware!!!!

What a dump! Totally disgusting! Consider yourself lucky if you don't catch Hepatitis or anything close to it. Look closely at the wax they use to remove your hair with. They REUSE it! You can actually see pubic hair and dead skin in the wax warmer, and God knows what else is in there. My guess is some nasty disease/virus waiting to invade your body. I was appalled at the lack of hygiene and sterilization in this place. They even reuse needles for electrolysis. There is no autoclave for sterilization of forceps. Continuous double dipping in the wax and alcohol dispenser. Gross! No use or sign of disposable gloves. No fresh clean draping or towels for each new client. All equipment and supplies used are sorely outdated. Prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for! The students they train and then get to work on paying clients is embarassing. Dumb as a sack of hammers! One woman next to me was getting a manicure by a student (Dina). The student went home halfway through without completing the job - and what a sloppy half-a@s manicure that was! Agnes, the main esthetician runs to answer the phone while she's working on a client. Seriously? Can you say "cross-contamination and unprofessional?" Again, let me stress the issue of hygiene. I don't know how a place like this has stayed in business as long as it has. My guess is CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP covers it all. Save your money AND your health. Invest a little extra in a safe and clean salon experience - well worth it in the long run. If I could I wouldn't even rate it with one star.
