May 30, 2010After scouring Edmonton and literally trying on at least 100 wedding dresses my mom and I went to The Bridal House. We had a VERY long wait...close to 2 hours, but then again we went on a Saturday morning (I don't recommend this). Not so helpful
April 21, 2009I went with my friend who was the bride. The girl helping us was very rude, and she didn't spend any time getting to know what the bride wanted. She brought over several dresses that were seriously terrible. Then we went for our bridesmaid dress fitting, and they were very rude about it, and didn't fit us properly. If you aren't paying big bucks for items, they have ZERO time for you.

Unhappy customer
February 14, 2009I enjoyed my experience very much, UNTIL my dress came in and I had my first fitting. It was then I noticed that the entire left side of my dress was falling apart. It looked soo sloppy and was not what I had ordered. They assured me it would be taken care of by my next fitting. When I returned for my second fitting it was still not repaired. It looked as if nothing had even been done! ... more
