Terrible experience!
We ordered 3 dresses - 1 bride, 2 bridesmaids - from Pat in November!The bridesmaids dresses arrived eventually.We found out by calling the manufacturer.It never occurred to Pat to call us.The dresses had been sitting there for at least a few days but each time we phoned Pat said she would check and call us back.She never did.The bride's dress is still not here.Then she tells the Troubleshooter that the problems are due to a previous manager and manufacturer Alfred Angelo.Well, Pat herself looked after us and none of our dresses are from Alfred Angelo!!!!!!
A week later than promised, but overall I was really happy.
My dress arrived on time, and so did 3 of the bridesmaids dresses, but the 4th one was a week late. They weren't really sure why, but worked really hard to make sure the 4th one arrived. Wasn't really a problem, since the wedding was still 5 weeks away. But really friendly and enthusiastic, and did some great alterations for one of my bridesmaids who was tough to fit (small bust and really big hips). More approachable than the other bridal shops I visited.

The staff was really pleasant and helpful. Service was superior. I am full figured and the other shops didn't want to give me the time day. I know there have been some negative comments. A couple of the girls are just spoiled brats who have no trouble twisting and embellishing stories. I know.
