I paid $1299 for a bedroom set in April 2012, by June 2012 the bed frame was broken in half. It took 3 months to get the replacement which ended up breaking again in the same spot only a few months later. I only ended up getting $150 for the bed as a "refund". i am sooo furious with them, i will never ever step foot in there. i bought a leather couch and love seat $2400. before taxes. the couch had a tiny pin hole on the head rest. the brick came to look at it and the offered to give me $250. i thought it was nice of them. i live in a condo, to reserve and elevator and to wait for the brick to come and exchange it it would have been such a hassle.... more
