- pushy sales associate trying to push you to purchase a more expensive item when clearly you're not interested
- employees do not process paperwork on time or at all, therefore delivery of a 3 week late item is delayed even longer, and is only fixed because the customer by chance called The Brick back to clarify on the date.

If there was a zero star, I would go for that. The worst experience EVER! The customer service is ridiculous and its staff were very rude and impolite. It took me 5 deliveries, 10 phone calls and 3 weeks to get what I had paid for. The sets were damaged, wrong items were delivered, etc.! Unbelievable! Stay away from this store! You will regret your purchase!
The Brick is all about selling affordable furniture that "looks" nice, so you really want to go to their web site and do some research on the products before you go since there is a large degree of variance in the quality. You want to know exactly what you are getting before you go to the showroom.
