Quaint hotel-worth a stay
August 21, 2014For a few days get away our first stop was in Fergus. My husband went to look for accommodation while I looked in the shops. A great lunch on the patio

During a little family trip weekend, we stopped at the Brew House on the Grand for a lunch. The restaurant is actually a B&B with 2 rooms a nice restaurant room and a patio with the view right on the Grand River.
A nice welcome at the bar with good pint of fresh beer, in waiting to get the best...

Food Good, Restaurant needs a Good Clean

We had the fish n' chips and the burger. While the food was good, the walk past the kitchen left something to be desired.
I think that most people go for the view of the Grand which is really nice but we sat inside which does not have the same ambiance.
Service was quick and attentive.
