The oldest east-end brew or ferment on premises business which has been in Orleans since 1991. Our beer is brewed from scratch with fresh hops specialty grains and malt extracts. We fully guarantee all products - beer, wine, cider, coolers, etc.

Our staff are highly qualified and experienced which means that they are very knowledgeable; efficient and motivated.

We have state of the art equipment. We can carbonate our product to your specific requirements. The beer is cold filtered and we have 4 bottling stations and 1 canning station to accommodate your needs.

We also have a personalized labeling system.
