At the Brew Cellar we provide you with the tools and experience to allow you to say “I brewed this drink myself”. The Brew Cellar gives you the opportunity to enjoy the highest quality and best tasting beers and wines at a fraction of the cost of LCBO.

We ensure that you make the best tasting and superior quality beers and wines by using only filtered water which helps to release subtle flavours and aromas in our wines and beers.

We supervisor and monitor your beer or wine-making experience as well as ensure the highest quality control standards during fermentation. Once you’ve begun the fermentation process, your wine will be ready in 4-8 weeks and only 2 weeks for your beer to be ready for bottling.

The Brew Cellar provides you with an assortment of Award Winning Wines from Winexpert and Cellar Craft. We also have a large selection beer kits from Muntons and Coopers.
