Horrible service - stay away
HORRIBLE service experience with Brennan's Dixie chrysler dealer
(8050 Dixie Road (Brampton), ON L6T4W6)
There is a rattling noise in dash (Challenger) + few other issues and they keep the 4 times for whole day and at the end of day they say there is no noise.
I took the service adviser on ride in the car with me and he agreed to the noise and few other issues, but still when I picked the car noise was still there and on work order they wrote there is no noise.
I spoke to owner Mr. Brennan myself and he raises his hands in the air and said he can't do anything. He just slipped away and took no responsibility of getting it fixed and instead told me to make personal arrangements with Service Manager Mr. Hardeep to look into the issue and get it fixed.
They deliver the brand new Challenger without pre delivery inspection, There was faulty relay on the car, button start wasn't working, Tail lamp wasn't working when I pick the car and found it on next day.
NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DEALER This is just a advice want to take or not not your choice.
