very poor office support - do the Doctors know this??!!

I attempted to have my dog - in distress - looked after and was stopped and hung up on. At no time
wass there any cause for this to happen. I called back a 2nd time and was given a totally different reason. Was told WE ARE TOO BUSY. You took your dog to a different Vet, so go back there. A journey of over 50 kilometers was taken to get my dog looked after and is not out of the woods yet. I asked to speak to the attending Dr. from previous visit and was told she is not in today, maybe tomorrow and does not return calls - for the most part. The list the practice as being in business since 1945, that maybe so, but some one should be monitoring the front office MGR and her receptionist. I will continue to find other places to post this message as I feel it necessary to do so.
